(1) ELCTRONIC SUBMISSION
We need TWO files.

For TEX users, we need

1. Postscript file
2. Tex and images in ONE file

(Make one file includes

-the source (input) files, e.g. TEX files for the text, PS or EPS files for the figures,
-any style files, templates, and special fonts the authors may have used,
-the final DVI file (for papers prepared using LATEX or TEX),

Use tar+gzip for this purpose.)

For Word users, we need

1. Postscript file
2. Word source file

This instruction may help you to create a postscript file in Word.

(2) HARDCOPY AND COPYRIGHT
Please do not forget to send a hardcopy version of your paper and copyright form by FEDEX (or express mail) to the following address.
