ICE research in 2003 and 2004 is basically a collection of individual studies loosely/tightly connected with each other.
We do not plan to have a large scale experiment like ICE2002, but may have small controlled experiments if necessary.
We can share knowledge with each other, and discuss deeper for real intercultural collaborative environment.
