A form must be completed for each registrant.
How to Apply and Register;
- Please complete an application form on the web site.
- You will receive a "registration form" by e-mail soon.
- Please complete a "registration form"; must include credit card information; a credit card number along with signature of approval, and fax it to +81-75-753-3350 by the due date.
- Finish your registration and payment procedure.

Please Note;
Registration fee includes admission to International Conference on 21-22 Oct. and one volume of printed proceedings.
Please check the timetable for details.
Banquet on October 21st is optional event. Please register the total number of participant and accompanying person'name.
The number of registrations for the banquet is fixed due to space limitation. Reservations are accepted in order of registration.
We can accept payment ONLY through CREDIT CARD (Visa or MasterCard), and payment will be made in Japanese Yen.
We'll make out a receipt at the International Conference desk on the day.
Cancellation Policy; Once registration is completed no refund for cancellation is possible.

Important:
In some cases, issuing Japan VISA may take long time (up to few months). Please, allow enough time to process it.
If you need an invitation letter for your visa, Please send a request to culture[at]ai.soc.i.kyoto-u.ac.jp.
A complete registration is required before sending a request.
A request for an invitation letter should include the following information:
* Full name
* Detailed address and affiliation
* Phone number
* Communication title
